My husband, 12 year old daughter, elderly Jack Russell and I have just returned from a three night stay at Breck Farm, and the best news is that, while still being worked on, the new shower/toilet block is at least partially completed, and while still basic, is more than adequate. Even on a busy bank holiday there were no queues.
Now the site. If you are looking for a plush, well manicured site, with extensive and expensive facilities, then don't bother, you're in the wrong place. If however you are looking for a friendly informal campsite, surrounded by woodland walks, and convenient for the wonderful North Norfolk Coast, if you are looking to sit by your campfire, looking up at the stars, sipping a glass of wine, the THIS is the site for you.
Great location, reasonable price, and lovely friendly owners. All we have to do now is find a free weekend to go back for another visit.

We have stayed at Breck Farm 3 times and booked again at Easter this year, still reasonably priced and always get a warm welcome. Plenty of space to be away from others and nice and dog friendly. My in-laws joined us for 2 days and after having never been camping before have asked us to borrow our van and go back to Breck, high praise indeed! Plenty of toilets/showers and lovely fresh eggs!

14 of us visited the site at the beginning of September. The toilet/shower block is more than adequate. It's basically a big barn with concrete blocks separating the areas, but this means it's open and doesn't smell, it looks dark, but is pleasantly clean and well maintained. You need tokens for the showers, 50p a pop, but 50p for a hot shower isn't bad. There are plenty of toilets, and plenty of showers, so I suspect the reviews are slightly out of date with respect to this.
The field is quite open, we pitched near the woods to protect ourselves from the prevailing winds, we had an open fire each night and had plenty of space to spread out, play cricket, etc.
We even made rope swings in the woods.
Our first camping trip...cheap as chips, we'll be back there next year.

We have camped at Breck Farm with our three children since the early eighty's,with a break of a few years. On our return this year we found a new toilet/shower block built, which makes the site perfect for families wanting a stress free holiday in farm surroundings and a very helpful farm family at hand to help should the need be. We have never been disappointed with the warm reception received on our arrival. The campsite is ideal for not only for young families, but old wrinklies who can tuck themselves well away and just observe people enjoying themselves. We will, we hope, be able to holiday at Breck Farm for many years to come as we haven’t begun to see half the attractions N/Norfolk has to offer.

Myself and my family have been camping on Breck Farm for approx 10 years. We original found the camp site through tourist information when the campsite that we usually stayed on was full and we have never been back to that camp site since.
We stay at Breck Farm approximately five times per year. Every opportunity we get and have camped in sun, wind, rain even snow!!! although I'm not sure I'd like to do the snow bit again.
Breck Farm is a fantastic camp site, the facilities are basic but if you're looking for a proper camping holiday where you get back to basics this is the camp site!
Warm and friendly welcome everytime!!! Nobody there to allocate you a pitch plenty of room for you to decide where you want to camp. Allocated field for having camp fires. Huge open areas for children to play plenty of room to relax. Pets welcome.
The farm is a working farm with free range chickens roaming around. Eggs and Potatoes for sale.
New shower block was completed last year. This is basic but always clean and plenty of showers and toilets with sections that are opened up during busier periods...very rarely a queue!
Very reasonable prices in comparison with other campsites on the North Norfolk coast.
