We have stayed at this site for some 15 years. The site is excellent. Clean toilets and nice and level for Caravans which we have. The camping fields can be a little un-even but bearable as we have had friends who have stayed. OK rules on booking the site in busy periods they have minimum stays, you can only pre-book for a week you cannot contact them by fax or e:mail only by phone where you can request a booking form followed by the usual deposit etc. If you turn up on spec you take a chance on min stay rules, although we have never had a problem turning up for shorter stays as we have telephoned in advance to let them know how far we are travelling and asked for confirmation of a pitch and they are fine with this. The owners are very strict on single sex parties which makes this site great for families, they are also very strict on noise as we have been told off nicely on many occasions. In summary expensive (but they do have a large family and have a short season) strict but a brilliant site and an excellent location.
