I think that this campsite used to exist then was closed and has now been re-opened. It's the first campsite after crossing the Skye Bridge which is useful. There were always plenty of campsites further up north on the island, very little down south. Not far from Broadford...where the CO-OP supermarket is now open 24h/24h ! It's a quiet campsite on a working croft. The toilet facilities are quite basic and the toilet is a composting toilet...which may not be to everyone's taste!
It costs £4 a night per person, children half price, £2 for an electric hook-up.

I spent one night here this year and I can confirm that there is a new sanitary block! (Very clean, 1 wc and another wc in the same room as the shower--which is coin-operated---, so it could get a bit "crowded" at times!).There is an outdoor dishwashing area and also a fridge. This campsite has a very laid back atmosphere. Access to a beach across the road. I paid £10 for 2 adults and a campervan.
