The form below allows you to submit your own comments about sites you have visited. If the site is already featured in the lists, then please use the form attached to the site's own page, rather than this one.

Please be as constructive as possible - think about what you would want to know about a site you were about to visit.

Please fill in as much information as you can.

And finally, please don't take a lot of time putting in standard site data which is available in brochures etc. I am not trying to replace these publications, but to supplement them. What's more, if you copy material directly from an existing publication, we may jointly be infringing the publisher's copyright.

Site NameEnter the name of the site, as advertised or described in a brochure or whatever
Site AddressEnter the first part of the correct postal address of the site, but excluding the bits which have their own fields below
TownEnter the nearest town to the site
CountyEnter the county, state, district or region in which the site lies
Post CodeEnter the correct post code for the site
CountryEnter the country in which the site lies
Site PhoneEnter the full phone number, including area code, of the site management or general enquiries number
Site FaxEnter the full fax number, including area code, of the site fax machine, if they've got one
Web AddressEnter the web address, if there is one
Email AddressEnter the email address, if there is one
LocationEnter the location of the site, as accurately as you can. Latitude and Longitude are best. For the UK, Ordnance Survey National Grid references are fine. For other countries, if you use a local grid referencing system, tell me as much about it as you can (the Map Projection, point of origin etc etc) in the Notes field below
