  Information Obtained: February 2002

You will be sure to enjoy this small family campsite in the heart of Pouldu , a small family resort, located 250 metres from sandy, south-facing. The campsite is in lovely, natural setting with many flowers, enjoying the advantages of both beautiful, calm countryside, and nearby coast .

Gisèle and Pierrick le Guennou will be glad to extend a warm welcome.

The campground has many attractive features: the 180 sites, set in 4 hectares of landscapes grounds, are separated by hedges. there are also: water and electricity connections- paved roads- lighting on main thoroughfares- 2 completely equipped bathroom facilities- bathtubs for children- launderette- 2 game rooms- bar- patio- games areas- camper service area. Other quality services and equipment are also avaible.

Author: G Hodson Last Visit: August 2004

We visited in August 2004 and found the campsite as described. However, Pouldu itself was pretty deadly, with virtually nothing to do!

Towards the end of August, facilities on the site started to close down, and by the time we left at the beginning of September, the toilet block closest to us had been closed, the hot water and lights switched off by the washing up, the campsite takeaway was closed, the games room was closed, and reception only open for a couple of hours a day – pretty disappointing!

We would not visit again.
