Offers good value for money. Privately owned. Owners live in house on site. 250 pitches on 10 acres - a little crowded. All pitches electric. Internal and access roads good. Priced per unit with extra charge for electric and awning but awnings are free for motorhomes which is very fair. I had 4 nights electric in August for less than forty quid. Within easy walking distance of Filey - just under a mile. One toilet block. 5 cubicles. No hand dryers. Key required for block. 5 showers which worked very well. No temperature control, keep pushing to keep it coming jobs. Token operated (30p at time of visit) and lasted plenty of time for me. Side screen washing cubicles. Two dishwashing sinks indoors (20p token). Separate laundry. I had a problem when I washed up at dusk - I thought the light would come on when I put the token in - it didn't and I couldn't find a switch. On site facilities: Shop next to reception - open morning and evening. Gas sold. Walks: Various choices of route into Filey. Filey itself is a quiet and scenic seaside town which offers only limited facilities for children (which suits me fine - I hate the noise of amusement arcades).
