Have stayed here several times but won’t stay any more. Booked for the bank holiday had to pay in full and circumstances have arisen and we cannot go. Have given them 2 full weeks cancellation notice but no refund!!!!!!!!!!!!
Time limits for the weekend are getting shorter as well, as they wont allow you on site until 2pm and you must leave by 11 am!!!!!

The Old Brick Kilns is a very pretty little caravan and camp site, and we only have a couple of complaints. We were put on a pitch which had quite a slope and grass at the side was boggy the gravel indicated to us the rain had certainly laid on that pitch! there were many empty pitches ,and the one we were given looked the worse. (avoid 36) the restaurant/bar was closed, which we weren’t told until arriving there.

We have just come back from a week at this campsite. The site is absolutely lovely. There are a lot of rules, but it does mean that everything is immaculate. We had a nice spot in the tent field. We were lucky that we were not the last ones to arrive as some of the spaces are very uneven.

We had visited Old Brick Kilns before, however we decided on our 2nd visit to enquire about storing our caravan on the site permanently. I can honestly say it is the best decision we have ever made.
A fantastic site with exceptional facilities, John and Alison are the most hospitalble hosts who really can't do enough for you.
The restaurant has been newly refurbished to a very high standard with good food that is cooked to perfection and very reasonably priced.
All in all a superb place to unwind, relax or explore the Norfolk coast.

Although the facilities are of a reasonable standard, the overall feel of this site is not welcoming. On arrival we were given sketchy directions as to where to pitch our tent. We
pitched up and went to find food and drink as camp restaurant was expensive and closes at 10pm. On returning we noticed bar still open so popped in. After small talk with barman, we discovered we had pitched on wrong plot. This conversation then continued with ALISON who forcefully told us we would have to move, as there had been complaints. We then went to locate our "allotted" pitch which was tucked away in a corner behind a rope barrier. This left us feeling very upset. We later found out that there had been no such complaints. We asked for a refund for our second night as we were not prepared to relocate this request was declined.
Alison's attitude was not pleasant at all. Would not recommend this site for weekenders and campers!!!!!!!!!!!
