This review is rather old. Treat it with care.

Dear sir/madam,

My family has just spent the weekend camping at your park and were absolutely disgusted with the state of your toilet/shower blocks.

The toilets were filthy, the floor hadn't been cleaned for the duration of our stay, the tiled walls were full of dirt and mildew and the showers were smelly and not working properly.

My daughter slipped on one of the decaying duckboards in the showers and banged her head on the wall.

You have a lovely park with a wonderful setting and it is such a shame to see litter everywhere and poor hygiene standards.

I would not recommend you to anyone else, and feel something must be done to inform other prospective campers about your poor standards.

I look forward to your reply.

Ms Sharon Eskesen

We are seasonal visitors to Tattershall Country Park and I cannot agree with the comments regarding the facilities [Seems to me he does agree, but that's what he wrote]. The price the park charge and you have unclean shower blocks and toilets. The bar is disgraceful with dirty glasses and even worse bar staff! Unfortunately we have to continue visiting as we are members of the waterski club but certainly wouldn't by choice!

New owners, new staff, give it a go. The transformation is unbelievable; the place is almost unrecognisable as I am sure you will agree if you have been here before.

I do have to agree with the above posting: the site has had new facilities which are second to none. Unfortunately there is no clamp down on rowdy campers, we had a group of 30+ 18 year olds partying and swearing till 4.30 in the morning despite a call to security who promised to stop it. If some guidelines were put in place, this could be an excellent family site.

We decided to give Tattershall Park another try after hearing the site has new owners.

We were in the market to buy a Lodge for the weekends and 2 of our family members were thinking of buying a caravan.

We saw a lodge we liked in a lovely spot on the Golf course.Sadly the roads were in such a disgraceful state all pot holes and every time we drove round our car was a state as if we had gone through a cement works.

Our children did not have even a swing to sit on the play park was closed. There is very little to do.

HEY THIS IS SUMMERTIME FOLKS. The Cafe closed at 5 pm.

What a crying shame Fab Location but Park Owners cannot have a clue.

Please let us know when NEW owners with a head for business take over.

A great place be it a weekend or to live; all friendly people and a whole load of things to do. I cannot wait to go back on the water again thanks all at Tattershalls.

Just been to Tattershall Lakes, very nice site, clean and tidy, the Fairways restaurant is very disappointing, but the coffee shop in the club house (when the two Polish girls are cooking) is excellent, 5 star. Would definitely be going back, and perhaps buy a log cabin.
