This C&CC site was newly built just 4 years ago. It has been very well laid out with many hard standings as the site is open all year. There have been thousands of trees and hedges planted. These divide the large pitches into attractive bays. The outlook is open and there is a large playing area and field. A wood has been created as a conservation area. The Kennet and Avon Canal runs along the site, which is excellent for walking or cycling. Next to the site is a very convenient pub. While we were there the site managers had just received an award from the motor caravan magazine for being one of their best sites. This site will just get better every year as the trees mature. A very popular site in a area with many interesting places to visit.
