Thoroughly manicured site in open fields, some hardstandings.
Plenty of electric hook-ups and water/waste water points.
Showers/toilets/laundry all IMMACULATELY clean.
No traffic noise. Shop seemed to be open all hours 8 am to 9 pm. Site
adjacent to Park & Ride for town with reduced rate tickets ('04 £1 per
person return) available from site reception. Hilltop site with good views
so can be windy.

This is an ideal park if you are looking for a clean and quiet holiday .The park has a first class entrance just off the main road very safe. The security is very good as is the shop and toilet/shower block which is the cleanest I have used .The park is a credit to PAUL and DOT .The owners Paul took over the park from his dad and is doing a first class job. Paul has put some gravel hardstandings down which are very good (nice and flat). Paul and Dot always make you welcome. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

We have just returned home from a holiday rally at this wonderful caravan and camping site. The site is quiet, clean and maintained to perfection! It has what are probably the best toilet and shower block [free] facilities you could wish for, an on site shop which is open long hours and is not bad on prices. Electric points and lighting on site. The campsite is next to the park and ride [£1 for the day] which takes you into the lovely town of Dartmouth with its quaint shops, lovely harbour and even a market on Tuesdays and Fridays. There is even a ferry to take you, your car and passengers to the other side of the river [£5 return]. A wonderful area to be in.
A lovely site, you will not be disappointed!

I have just returned from Little Cotton campsite in Dartmouth. It is one of the best campsites I have ever stayed at for cleanliness; the shower and toilet facilities are second to none as are the dishwashing facilities. Most of the pitches are flat. The staff there are very friendly and helpful and they keep the place immaculate at all times. The park and ride to Dartmouth was really handy and is still only £1 for all day travel to and from Dartmouth.
The only down fall to the site is it doesn’t have a pub on site and the closest one is about a mile and a half away. I can recommend this site to families and couple especially. Youngsters would find it too quiet.
