Good site for young families - feeding & petting the animals along with trampolines, train & pony rides kept my six year old and his friends entertained for hours. The only thing which let this site down were the poor toilet and shower facilities. There were no separate Mens & Ladies and the toilets were in with the shower rooms, therefore any child desperate for the loo during peak showering time had to wait a while!!! They were also not very clean which could be a problem if you have very small children. Having said that we did have a lovely weekend break. Padstow and surrounding area is beautiful with lots to see and do.

We both enjoyed our stay at Old Macdonalds, we found the family delightful and friendly, our dogs had the run of the field at the time, as we were the only motorhome on it! We would thoroughly recommend it to tourers.

Ideal for young families as secure a site as you can expect. Both our 5 year old and 2 year old loved the on site attractions (mini farm, train rides, pony rides and play area). The weather was 'changeable' so having these attractions on site is a big plus and enabled my wife and I to relax whilst they were playing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities adequate, water always hot. If you have young children who need lots of entertaining and want some space for yourself then this site is well worth considering. Have already booked for next year.

I and my wife do not have any negative comments regarding Old McDonalds farm and have only positive thoughts, as we found the whole experience of the farm excellent. We have a 2 year old boy and a 5 year old girl who are so excited about revisiting this summer.
