Double Trees: what a position up on the hill overlooking Par and other parts of Cornwall. Easy driving distance to Eden Project, Par, Mevagissey, anywhere in Cornwall is only a little way away. Site set up hill looking out to sea in steps so all can see the view. Facilities are clean and well kept and grass neat and tidy a small laundry finished as all the rest neat and tidy. A well looked after site that is in a prime position for exploring Cornwall, and for sitting and admiring the view.

I agree that this is a stunning view from Doubletrees however the thing that lets this site down is the owners!!!! I recently stayed at double trees and I found the owners "Travallick" were rude and impolite, not only that but they tried to charge our party of three twice the amount we had previously agreed on. All in all not a bad site but don’t expect a warm welcome!

A lovely site been a couple of times last year, ten days in August and ten days in September 2007. I can’t agree with the comment from James Jury, both times we were well looked after, Anyway going again this year. Try it: its basic and clean and FRIENDLY.
