Beside a small lake, this site is a handy stop-over on the way to Austria. Perhaps because it rained for the few days I was there I was less than satisfied with the facilities and the welcome than with other continental sites. The city of Augsburg is well worth a visit, though quite some distance away.

Yes, it rained when I visited, but I found the facilities good and the staff pleasant and helpful.
