This site is the nearest to the village of Aberdaron, 5 minute walk and you are there. The site is a large field with electric hook ups around the perimeter and space for tents. The facilities are basic but perfectly adequate and the views are tremendous. Will definitely use the site again at 9 per night for a camper van and two adults incl hook up its a bargain!!

Remember that people are always more prepared to write and complain than they are to praise good service.

This campsite is very windy. When we were there the men’s showers were broken so only cold showers available. Very basic and not very well cleaned or maintained toilets and showers.

Really nice site with view of sea. £7 per night, a couple in tent, flushing toilets/hot showers. 5 minute walk to village, good food & drink. Not at all crowded on a nice week-end.

This camp site has splendid views and when I was there in May 2007 the toilet block was fine with good showers (no meters). As it is on the on the top of a hill it could be exposed when windy but there is ample room in the field given over to camping. The village of Aberdaron is a roll down the hill and a stagger back but it is literally a few minutes. There are 2 pubs both providing meals. There is also a cafe but it was closed when I was there. the owners were easy going and helpful, as were the locals. Recommended but watch the weather if your tent is flimsy.

I visited this site again in May 2007 and indeed the toilet blocks have been refurbished with new showers and wash basins, and the showers are free too. Still a great site but with better facilities now!
