We really enjoyed our short stay at this campsite. The mobile homes, most of them with decking and quite spacious were in a pleasant setting with lots of shade and sunshine. There seemed to be an air of real relaxation and calm even with all the kids. The swimming complex was great and the on-sites shops and restaurants were fine. As we went in June there was no evening entertainment but it was lovely to visit the fishing villages / ports nearby that served great seafood and lovely beach promenades. The surrounding beaches were really lovely and it was definitely worth visiting Les Sable d'Olonne.

We went in June 2006. The weather was blisteringly hot!

It was a lovely campsite. The pool was great. The mini golf was a bit tatty, but the Canvas Holidays kids animation was led a by a wonderful Dutch girl called Almera.

Nearby beaches were lovely too and the pretty harbour town of St.Gilles was worth a visit or two, especially on market day!
