We tried this site on the recommendation of a work collegue and had a very pleasant stay.

They accomodated our trailer tent with two of our boys sharing a smaller tent on the same pitch at no extra cost.

The staff are very helpful and when we had a minor medical emergency during the stay, were very supportive.

The toilet/shower block is impressive and quite new, it was very well maintained and cleaned regularly. It seems to be a quiet site overall but there is not as much open space as I have come across on some other sites, some of the pitches seem to be surrounded by other campers/caravaners, but this is only a very small gripe as the site itself is very well run and well maintained.

One of the best bits for us was the heated outdoor pool which was plenty warm enough to just jusp straight in, any hotter and you would be able to take tea bags in with you!

We did not try the onsite club and bar but have been told that it is good.

It is about a fifteen minute walk into Cromer and the beach or going the other direction 10 mins walk brings you to East Runton where there is a decent chippy, a general store and also a very good camp shop with some of the most helpful staff that I have encountered.

If you are looking for a lively time you would be better off at one of the larger sites but if you want to be able to relax and still have a bit of fun then this site is ideal.
