This is a picturesque site. The pitches are large, grassy and have individual water/electricity/waste on pitch. The site is off a main road, but surprisingly quiet.
There is an indoor slide area but no swimming; the kids loved this. The outdoor pool was a little chilly in May with no slides.
The site is a little isolated, although a short drive to the beach, which is very un-commercialised. There are some nice towns nearby, Granville is cycling distance away and has a nice older part to visit.
The site has a tennis court, which can be used for an additional hourly fee.
The showers were great, good pressure and easy to control the temperature.

We have visited this campsite 4 times and have loved it, especially the indoor water park. It is a peaceful, well-maintained site with lots to do. Excellent for all ages. Ignore all the other pessimistic reviews! They're wrong!

Described as a welcoming and well-maintained campsite.
I'd agree. Furthermore I'd add that it's very relaxing, clean and beautifully laid out around a small fishing lake. The kiddies play area was excellent.
If you're looking for a quieter site I'd recommend you give it a try!

One of the most picturesque sites we have visited in France. Lake, Chateau and wild flowers - what more could you want? You could even have your beer sat in one of the `turret' rooms! One downside is that it might not sustain older children for more than a week, and it would be better for families with younger children. My two however (aged 12 and 10) spent hours in the waterpark and on the inflatables and loved every minute.

This is a pleasant well laid out site with good sized pitches some backing onto farmland. Sanitary facilities were fine and the playground was good. However we were very disappointed with the indoor pool complex as the water was cold!
We stayed in June 2008, unfortunately in bad weather and after a few days the lower pitches were becoming water-logged. There was not a great deal to do in the area in bad weather and with only cold water in the pool we packed up after 5 days and headed home.
