Very clean, very quiet with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. It overlooks what used to be called "Happy Valley" in the 60s & 70s! Or to give it its proper name, Blue Hills, and that gives into Trevaunance Cove. If you are towing a caravan I would look at the approaches very carefully because the lanes can be very narrow. Maybe I am out of touch with things because I usually "wild camp" but I thought that the site was far better equipped with washing machines, dryers etc then some larger sites that I have had the misfortune to use. They were spotlessly clean-whether or not they can stay like that at the height of the Season is a different matter. All in all, I had a cracking visit and I would use the place again.
