I can summarise in three words my impression of this campsite: "disappointment" and "daylight robbery".
Their publicity does not mention that the site on a very steep hill (to get from my chalet to the pool, about 500 metres of steep climb, or 400 metres on the level, followed by 38 steps, and to get to reception, 900 metres of steep climb, or 500 metres on the level followed by 68 steps!)
No individual parking for the most expensive hires! And no parking reserved for the disabled! Meaning that, a neighbour whose son was in a wheelchair had to move him daily by car from his random parking spot to the pool, and then come back to his pitch to search for a parking space, and then do the whole thing again in reverse to get his son back after his swim!
No collection of bins from adjacent to the accommodation, but an obligation to take rubbish daily to the campsite entrance (see no 1 for description of the journey).
Minimal activities (for example, none at all on 14 July).
Snacks of acceptable quality, but insufficient staff, hence long queues.
A place pompously called "restaurant", where they serve you hot meals in the manner of a low-grade school canteen, or a poor-quality cold buffet, and all this at excessive prices.
A magnificent pool, but no lifeguard (no safety for the number of people in the water).
I hired a tiny top-range chalet with 3 bedrooms, at a prohibitive price, and this in a deplorable area! For a price lower than this, I could have a 300m2 villa in Florida, in an area to dream of, with 4 bedrooms, private pool, 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, 2 living rooms, 3 televisions, 2-car garage etc.
I have the impression that the managers of this campsite are grabbing the maximum money, with a casual attitude, at the cost of people hoping to be paying for holidays in a place of their dreams, and caring nothing for the numerous problems suffered by their clients.
