Check in took 25 mins although they had all our details 4 months before. Had to try 3 pitches before we could fit the caravan onto a pitch, so what was the point of giving details when we originally booked. It cost £30 a night so we were expecting a great site. The showers weren't very clean the rubbish bins were full at all times of the day. If fact we never saw any staff cleaning or clearing rubbish the only staff we saw were in the in the shop. Our 6 year old grandson was arriving from Jersey the day after we arrived and were told by Broadway house that the parents would be charged £5.50p per person if they stayed longer than 25 minutes when dropping the child off, when we asked what was the charge for they said for entering the site although they would not be using the facilities. We had a long walk to the showers, not that we used them after we saw the state they were in, luckily we have a shower in our caravan and the waste disposal was in total darkness at night. We would not recommend staying at this site.
