The campsite at Brantôme is certainly well located, but has lots of problems. The hot water is very intermittent, the pitches are not separated and you live with your neighbour. As for the owners, they are quite unpleasant, and you have to catch them when they’re in a good mood. They’re like the hot water – random!

A lovely site, ten minutes walk to town along the riverbank footpath, town has all the shops you need, bread is delivered to the campsite. Facilities are very clean, sites large & shady a quiet tranquil site. Owners live on site & are very helpful.
